My name is Natalie and I have been an HR professional for over 25 years. I enjoy liaising with people, providing advice and guidance to finding a solution to any issue!!

I have worked for some of the most successful International Financial companies all over the world, initially gaining experience as an HR Generalist before progressing into Human Resources/Recruitment Consultancy.
​
A large part of my time involved working as a Consultant for SME's and individuals, to educate and advise them on the advantages of flexible working. I found that speaking with these businesses and job seekers, enabled me to raise awareness in this area - I realised that there was a need to promote 'Flexible' working, clearly highlighting the advantages that this will provide.
​
I know the strains of working full time and the 'work, life, balance' that we all strive to achieve but I also know the qualities required to operate a successful business with the need for high calibre professionals.
​
I believe that there is great synergy between Human Resources and Recruitment. The two work hand-in-hand with each other. After working closely with SMe's that do not have the capacity for HR support within their business, I felt that it was a fantastic opportunity to build a service which linked Human Resources and Recruitment - a personalised bespoke service that listened to both hiring business and job seeker.

I pride myself on my professionalism along with my warm and personable disposition. I believe it's important to have a friendly, polite individual on the end of the phone.....we at H48 care!!
